Reached out about a vehicle purchase. Spoke with a Brayden. Absolutely worst case of bait and switch I have ever encountered. Mind you this is after I had already spoke with Brayden and confirmed the price the day before. The price change is small in the grand scheme of things but I am a man based of principle and a business owner myself so it is crazy to me there are what seems to be a reputable business out there following these shady practices. So far my experience has been mediocre at best. Nothing has wowed me. When I initially purchased my used vehicle my one request was for the cabin air filter to be changed. Went for an oil change. Service was good, though I waited a bit after getting there to even see a service rep. The employees were all very nice and kind.
