Waited nearly 1 and 1/2 hours in service, waiting for my loaner call. In one situation, the Service Tech said the key to one of the cars was lost. The person who came a minute before I came, was out the loaner call. In one situation, the Service Tech said the key to one of the cars was lost. The person who came a minute before I came, was out the door with their loaner call in 15/20 minutes! NOT the first time that I have had issues with service and probably will not take my car back to Baron! Worse service model…and in years past you had great service! Even with the LONG wait, nothing was offered like don’t refuel the loaner and discount on the service provided…NOTHING!! More

In the 20 years that I’ve brought my Z3 to this dealership I’ve never had a good experience. It started with a service contract that wasn’t honored on my new car. I’ve used other mechanic shops whe dealership I’ve never had a good experience. It started with a service contract that wasn’t honored on my new car. I’ve used other mechanic shops whenever possible but have had to come back here for more complicated repairs. Their prices are sky high and it hasn’t been uncommon for me to make multiple visits to get the repair done. This time I drove one block, turned around, and brought it back because the $1100.00 repair wasn’t done. Hope that I can find someplace else to get good service. More
Came in for an oil change on my X3 and walked out with $750 bill! Which did not include $2500 of fees I declined Really !!! Rep, joe, was awesome. Waiting area and bathrooms were clean. Wished they had bottles of water or non sugar cold drink options in fridge. Had only sugar drinks besides coffee.
