Service advisor Andrew was a joy to work with. He was very attentive to assist me and made my first maintenance visit a breeze. My 4 new rof Perelli tires are very responsive and felt like I was driving very attentive to assist me and made my first maintenance visit a breeze. My 4 new rof Perelli tires are very responsive and felt like I was driving a different vehicle! The best part was the buy three get one free sale. The wheel alingment caught my rear tires out of alingment and were corrected. I had an oil change and all air filters changed out with a complete diagnostic and safety check. The mechanics were attentive to a comprehensive check list. At the end my car was washed, interior cleaned and vaccum. I'm very pleased with Baron BMW and highly reccomend their services to all BMW owners. I totally trust Baron BMW to keep my 2018 530i in top running shape. More

Excellent customer service. Ryan met me as I drove my car into the service area. The courtesy car is always welcome. I had normal service done on the car, but because of a slow leak in one tire, I ended up p into the service area. The courtesy car is always welcome.
