Took car in for a routine service and to have an alert that was popping up on the screen. 11k miles under warranty. Had appointment for service arrived and was told to just stand still in the service driv that was popping up on the screen. 11k miles under warranty. Had appointment for service arrived and was told to just stand still in the service drive rather than be invited into the waiting area. Stood there for over 10 minute while my ride waited. Looking through the window 6 service advisors sat in there phones and iPads not a customer in sight. Finally expressed that I was just going to leave and they could call me and would you believe at that point they were all the sudden treats to help. All day the car sat never touch, no communication from the advisor as to progress. The day expired with no call to update. Next morning I called 3 times never able to to reach anyone that could provide me an update as to what was going on with the car. Finally got a hold of advisor via text. Said it was done with maintenance but waiting on the tech on other issue and then 30 minutes later I received a text asking me to authorize the work. Clearly this was the first time they touched it so it sat a day for nothing. 3 hours later I get a text that it is all done and I text that I’m headed that way and to please have the car pulled up. No reply. I arrive after 15 minute drive and speak with a sales rep catching up for 30 minutes. Finally make my way to the service drive and no one acknowledged me. I finally ask someone for the advisor by name and get someone to help. Pay the 130 for the oil change and no car. They need to pull it up. Finally arrives on the drive dirty and I start it and the alert hasn’t been fixed. Same issue I dropped it off for and what was supposedly taking so long. Never touched it. Bought a lot of cars from this store and although I didn’t buy this one there I gave them a shot at the service trying to be loyal. There was a time this place made you feel important and valued as a customer. Not anymore. Called Hendricks BMW on state and asked them if they would look at it and they jumped to help. Much better experience with them. Waste of time and money and dishonest excuses is all I received in response to their mistakes. Made it out as if it was somehow something I should accept because no ones perfect and I understand the industry More

Efficient. Expensive. Need to explain the service rather than send you a report via text. They did not suggest the 0% line of credit for service; it was in a txt after I had paid.
