If there was one thing I would challenge the leadership at Baron with is to ensure even the finance people come out to shake hands and thank us for our business. I dealt with Eli in the final “phase” of the process and not once did I see him during the delivery of the vehicle despite working with him directly via email to finalize the terms and purchase price. missed opportunity in my mind while I was captive for several hours signing all of the necessary paperwork and getting acclimated with the vehicle. I just purchased CPO X5 - unfortunately, car was not clean. After pointing dirt, drink residues, etc they improved a bit but not clean enough.
