Service advisor Andrew was a joy to work with. He was very attentive to assist me and made my first maintenance visit a breeze. My 4 new rof Perelli tires are very responsive and felt like I was driving very attentive to assist me and made my first maintenance visit a breeze. The wheel alingment caught my rear tires out of alingment and were corrected. I had an oil change and all air filters changed out with a complete diagnostic and safety check. The mechanics were attentive to a comprehensive check list. At the end my car was washed, interior cleaned and vaccum. I'm very pleased with Baron BMW and highly reccomend their services to all BMW owners. I totally trust Baron BMW to keep my 2018 530i in top running shape. More

Jason is very friendly and courteous. He takes time to explain what service is needed and why. After battery replacement today, I saw an icon in the odometer resembling battery. So I called Jason and he responded quickly and called me back to Service Center right away. Actually it was the coolant. I had leaking coolant reservoir replaced a few days back. Jason had it inspected again and assured me that everything was fine with the coolant. I truly appreciate his quick response and eagerness to solve the problem. I also appreciate that after each service no matter how big or small, the car is always delivered washed. More

It did take a while but I understand it's a shop. But they did get my car all check out and gave me in detail what problems my car was having.
