Excellent customer service, Service manager Joe is fantastic! I blew a tire 1 hour prior to work and Joe managed to accept my vehicle, place me into a loaner and I was able to make it to work on time. fantastic! The dealer is an overall good dealer but it has failed to follow up on a couple of promised return calls to me since December.
