I don’t know if it’s bad luck, poor workmanship or something else. This is at least the third time over the course of 15 years that I’ve been a customer where I’ve had a very costly repair done on a p something else. This is at least the third time over the course of 15 years that I’ve been a customer where I’ve had a very costly repair done on a part that is supposed to last but that failed prematurely only to have the fix also fail prematurely. Specifically these are parts that are supposed to last 100K failing after a few twenty thousand miles. If this happened once I could understand but three times? All were out of warranty also. I’m addition I’ve had issues diagnosed as critical that I held off on repairing that then later turned out not to be an issue at all. Unnecessary repairs and poor repairs define poor service. More
