This was the second time going to Baron BMW for maintenance. The customer service was excellent both times. Took my car in for much needed service after a recent relocation to the area. I was very impressed by the staff and overall process. I was promptly greeted and immediately the staff began cleaning my relocation to the area. I was very impressed by the staff and overall process. This same process was repeated upon my return. It is so nice to see SAFETY as a top concern especially with everything going on. No matter what side of the fence you are on with this pandemic it is nice to see a company that cares for the well-being of both Staff and clientele. I had an excellent experience with JP did an excellent job and listened to my concerns as well as walking me through the entire process. The video of the 53-point inspection was AMAZING because you can clearly see when an issue has been found and make an informed decision on whether or not to repair or wait for a later time. I also liked that JP took the time to text and email me with additional information during the day to verify how I wanted to handle issues instead of being bombarded with a list of problems at the end of the day! Overall a GREAT experience and I will definitely be back the next time around! More
