wish I could give a zero on this experience I traveled 3 wish I could give a zero on this experience I traveled 3 and a half hours after viewing a truck on a cars.com website I was told by a representative wish I could give a zero on this experience I traveled 3 and a half hours after viewing a truck on a cars.com website I was told by a representative on the phone that the truck on the website was the price they had it for. But after telling us to come all the way up there they changed their price and went up from only being 7995 to 11995 with a $500 fee I express to them this was not the price I saw it at so I tried to pull the price back up on the phone and they kept telling me in my ear that well it don't matter because that website we do not control even though they told me over the phone that this was the price they had it for. So I told them I am not going to be purchasing the vehicle and headed towards my car I got in my car and was getting ready to drive off with my brother and the guy came out and said don't be upset or anything like that come in and talk to our sales manager which I did and was keeping an open mind hoping that they would fix the issue so I won't back in sat down the manager came up to me and told me that lender will not drop the price lower than $1,000 from what they have now which was so he was asking $11000 plus still the $500 fee. I told him that is not going to work he told me well I guess we don't have a deal I said I guess not and I walked out the door. I got in my car and after being extremely frustrated with the situation and being lied too in my face I got in my car with my brother and we left the property I am a disabled retired veteran so if they will do this to me they will do this to anyone. After which I was getting ready to go home we went across the street just to see what we could find even though I was frustrated we went into Bill Knight of stillwater and was able to go home with a car that we liked and we felt that the dealership over there went above and beyond I am not a representative for them I live in Rogers Arkansas and have no affiliation family members or anything like that just tell me the honest truth. And I do not care what they think I actually found the email from their dealership with that price More

Second time is a charm. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am put off by the recommendations for services that aren't necessary and the attempt to charge for duplicate service Staff is friendly and helpful. I am put off by the recommendations for services that aren't necessary and the attempt to charge for duplicate services. I had a shift solenoid pack replaced. It is charged with 8 quarts of oil, also had the transmission flushed, it is charged with 16 quarts of oil. I was charged for 24 quarts of oil. The transmission doesn't hold that much. I appreciate being refunded for some of it. Most people wouldn't know however. I had to take the vehicle back the next day as the problem returned. Apparently the plug to the new solenoid wasn't plugged in good. Not a big deal. This stuff happens. Overall, not a bad experience. Brian Shook was polite and nice. More

I co signed for my daughter and son-in-law on a Dodge Charger. I was trying to help them start building their credit and since they are expecting their 2nd child, this was a good time for me to help out Charger.
