Another visit with poor service. Took my vehicle in for service due to issues with acceleration at the end of December. After a week I was informed that a spark plug had to be replac Took my vehicle in for service due to issues with acceleration at the end of December. After a week I was informed that a spark plug had to be replaced. Then was told that the PCM module needed to be replaced. 1month and $2,300 later I get a call that our vehicle is fixed, however, there is now a battery issue and they recommend replacement. Figuring I can replace that myself later I had my wife pick up our vehicle to find out that it won’t start because the battery was dead. (This was not clear during the call and why is my battery dead?). After a nice tech jumps the car My wife drives the car off the lot and the car is jerking on acceleration. Is our vehicle fixed? Clearly not. Calling the manager on Monday. Will update here on what happens. More
