Water pump replacement Only challenge was the fact that it was holiday season and it took 12 days to get car fixed. The guys/gals kept me informed. Service with a smile Service Department is a 5 Star group. Was in for an Oil Change and NY State Inspection. Greeted with a smile and knowledge of Vehicles needs by Frank Service Department is a 5 Star group. Was in for an Oil Change and NY State Inspection. Greeted with a smile and knowledge of Vehicles needs by Frank Esposito. Inspection bay is clean and warm. Waiting are is welcoming with Fresh Coffee magazines and comfortable seating. While waiting I walked the Sales Floor and inspected 2 Trucks and utilized the Truck Console. The Sales Floor is immaculate with a good variety of Vehicles to view. More

Bad deal all the way around Right from the Sales Agent to the financial manager was so bad and they still got the deal I was the dummy and they really burned me bad. Tried to make a deal without my truck involved and expressed this to the sales agent so then they did the deal with my pickup in the deal then gave me the price and as I said I was the dummy. So then I wanted to pay them what they gave me for the truck. THEY WOULD NOT DO IT. Then sold it for less money WTH is up with that I am so not doing business with them again EVER. Cant wait till lease is done. They will have to buy me a house on Park Place for me to do business again with them OH wait PARK PLACE (No Thanks) More

Would never go back or recommend Don’t know where to begin. We bought a truck and haven’t even had for a month and the engine light has gone on 3 times already. When we took it to get serviced checked they had it for at least 7 days the first time and when we picked it up the head rest was gone . We told the sales manager( who was so rude and disrespectful to my husband who was tying to work with them) and he said they would order a new one and never did and we have called 3 times about this . Still have no clue if they order us a new one. We will be addressing this with our lawyer and find out our options because we want nothing to do this Basil ford ever again. We have purchased numerous cars before and have never had such a horrible experience. My husband works shift work and is barely home to spend time with our kids and this month he has spent almost every day off he has had dealing with the problems from this. More

On a recent visit to Basil Ford to have a tire replaced while on vacation (from Indiana) my wife and I sat in the showroom for 1-1.5 hr while our tire replacement was being taken care of. During this time, not 1 sales person had the common courtesy to come over and ask if there was anything that we needed or could they help. The dealership also had a new 2018 Shelby GT350, a signature performance vehicle, (front splitter not installed) sitting in the corner collecting dust. If this is an example of how this dealership treats its customer and cars, I would not recommend this dealership to individuals look to purchase a new Ford as their next vehicle. More
