Always excellent service I have purchased 2 cars here (2012 Civic EX Sedan w/Navi brand new with cash and a 2014 Si Coupe w/Navi Honda Factory Demo Honda Certified with 3k mi I have purchased 2 cars here (2012 Civic EX Sedan w/Navi brand new with cash and a 2014 Si Coupe w/Navi Honda Factory Demo Honda Certified with 3k miles on it at the time with a check from my credit union), my mom purchased a 2015 CR-V, and I am currently looking for a vehicle for my son. All vehicles are maintained here and service is always top-notch from everyone to my sales rep Bob Briney to the service department to the administrative staff. Knowledge, courtesy, service, and professionalism are very important traits in any business and during all of my dealings at Basney Honda (as well as the body shop at Basney BMW location after my Si hit a deer) the entire staff has always been excellent. Exceptional Customer Service I have purchased 5 cars from Basney Honda and am working on another one soon. Their sales and service team is exceptional in all ways possible. In the sales area their people are very well versed in all aspects of the product they sell, there is no high pressure to close you the minute you walk in like most dealerships. And they are very fair when it comes to the pricing you get for your trade in or on the car your purchase. Their service department does a wonderful job of explaining whatever is wrong with your car (that is if there actually is something wrong), and they are always very quick to get you in and out as fast a possible. The service manager Bob Briney always contacts me with a personal follow up to make sure that everything has been handled correctly and with the upmost or professionalism. I would definitely give my recommendation to anyone who is either looking for a new or used car or is in need of service on their existing car. More

Great deal I had spotted a 2012 Honda Odyssey online and had done my research. I got to the dealership and told Tony I knew the car I wanted to check out. He let I had spotted a 2012 Honda Odyssey online and had done my research. I got to the dealership and told Tony I knew the car I wanted to check out. He let me take a test drive right away. When I came back, he asked me about my trade vehicle, which I admitted was in rough shape. Basney Honda still gave me a fair value for my trade, and a very good deal on the Odyssey. I was in my new (to me) vehicle and out the door in less than two hours. Tony and Chip treated me like family! More
