Turned a Bad Day Around I took my 2004 Accord in for service and sadly, it was the last day for poor Akira. He was too far gone to be saved. Thankfully, I met Gabby Thompson. I was fairly bummed coming in to meet her, I'll be honest. I wasn't looking for a new car payment just yet, but she helped me find a great deal on a 3 year lease, and completely turned around my bad day. I now have a safe, 2017 Civic that I love, and that is because of Gabby's hard work. She was super sweet throughout the whole process, and I didn't feel pressured or cajoled.
