Unusual, in this day in age. I took my 2011 Pilot in for some issues. I told Tony, the service writer, that I was interested in a new Pilot. He introduced me to Gabby. No pressure, no sales pitch, however very knowledgeable about the car. As an end result, I drove out a 2017 Pilot. They gave me a more than fair trade in amount for the 2011. Considering the amount the issues would have cost me. As well as all of the savings I got from dealer and manufactures incentives. I had been to other dealers in the area. Did not get the same comfortable feeling that Basney and Gabby gave me. That's why I say it is unusual in this day to walk out of any retailer feeling good about a purchase. Basney and Gabby treat a customer with respect and dignity, and that old friend touch, that makes you feel welcome. Chuck More

Bob Briney I have been dealing with Bob Briney for over 10 years. I have lost track of how many cars that I have purchased from Bob, let alone how many friends a I have been dealing with Bob Briney for over 10 years. I have lost track of how many cars that I have purchased from Bob, let alone how many friends and family I have sent to Bob and Basney Honda. In the last month I have sent 3 people to Bob, and also purchased a vehicle for the company. There is a reason for my loyalty. The Basney family has been fortunate in having Bob there to offer superior and Professional assistance for car buying public. Over the years Bob has helped me out and gone way beyond normal efforts is assisting me on any car related issues. The first vehicle I purchased was a new pilot a couple of years ago. I liked the Pilot and drove it issue free. My life changed in the course of a couple years and I decided to buy an Odyssey mini van. I called Tony at ten or so in the morning and he put together the deal and I drove away with my new vehicle the same afternoon. He explained everything about the new vehicle that even I could understand. I truly believe that people buy from people they trust. I also want to thank Don Perkins for his help.
