She immediately transferred me to Matt Mulstay who knew what I was there for. Matt keeps me informed of progress on service. Matt suggested that I have brake fluid changed. I agreed, Bill came to $396 plus. $100 per hour labor. I guess I paid for the fourteen salesmen and one woman sitting in their cubicals, waiting for customers!!! More
