I had an appointment on February 25th. I dropped my car off prior to the scheduled time, which was 8:30am and told therm I needed by 2:30. When I called to check on its status at 1;40, I w I dropped my car off prior to the scheduled time, which was 8:30am and told therm I needed by 2:30. When I called to check on its status at 1;40, I was told by Austin that no one had even looked at my car. When I go there around 2:15, Austin informed me that because I needed to get it at 2:30, they weren’t able to look at it. Almost implying it was my fault it wasn’t looked at. Additionally, I sent an email to the Basney contact us to report my frustration and mobile reached out to me. Overall, pretty unhappy with the customer service provided. More
