Stop bullxxxxing your customers If you don't have the parts or know when you will dont tell me 2 days then proceed to keep my car for a full week monday to monday. When I call and ask what's going on dont get upset that I'm asking what's going on because I need my car back. Then when you finally get the parts I get told my car will be done at 3pm. When I call I'm told the person. That was working on my car had decided to go home and it would likely be 7pm that it would be done now. This was the worst customer service I've ever had a shop. When I told your service manager matt I was unhappy and would never bring my car back he said that it wasn't his problem and hes sorry I feel that way. He didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction threw the entire process and would never give a straight answer on the timeline or if you guys had the parts. I'd fire him but that's just me..
