We had a 10am appt but the car wasn't ready until around 5:30/6pm. All that had been done was an oil change by then and the a/c diagnosis was getting started. I didn't ask for an oil change. I asked for my a/c to be fixed, the brake maintenance that my dashboard alerted me for, and for a belt that is making sound to be checked out/fixed. Spent all day is South Bend thinking everything would get done since I made an appt for everything I listed above. It was my husband's first day off in 3 weeks and he got to spend it just waiting for nothing. More
