Very convenient to drop car off and pick up end of the day. Ride share was great however, difficult to get one early in the morning. Maybe book the night before? However, FIVE customers arrived AFTER me, and yet, their vehicles were immediately taken directly back for service, while mine sat unmoved for 40 minutes! House apologized, he and offered me a $15 discount, which I was grateful to him. Even though Basney was short-staffed on technicians that morning, your computer system failed to accommodate the customer service schedule. More
