I had a transmission fluid drain and fill done on 2/10. On 2/14 I just happened to look at my bill before filing it away and noticed that I was charged for one 24mm washer and four 18mm washers ($16.88). I've worked with both Savannah and House and always received excellent customer care . Calculating my bill this time was a problem, however. I was the second one there for an oil change, and I had to sit and wait almost an hour and a half. He told me at the end after I asked why I was taking so long that they were short a person in the oil chan to sit and wait almost an hour and a half.
