It would be helpful to provide customers with some direction throughout the process. Having some management of arrivals and pickups would go a long way. I waited 20 minutes in a line while other customers who arrived after me were let in well before me. And, it would improve efficiency if you communicated the pick up process as well. Everything was a guessing game as this was my first visit. When I arrived for pickup, I entered the service area where no one even acknowledged my presence. Thinking that was not where I should be,I went inside, where they sent me back to the outside. There has to be a better way! More
