This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I have bought many cars over the years, but never like this. I found the car I wanted online and contacted them by the Internet. Joel, the inter had. I have bought many cars over the years, but never like this. I found the car I wanted online and contacted them by the Internet. Joel, the internet guy, was very helpful and worked around my schedule. When I got to the dealership there was never any pressure or fast talking. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. He even let me take the car home to my wife so she could see it and we could talk. It was by far the best, most hassle free car purchase I have made. Thanks More
At the beginning of an 8 hour trip, hauling horses to Alabama, all of a sudden, error lights start going off in our 2008 F550 truck, telling us to "safely STOP the vehicle as soon as possible." We had t Alabama, all of a sudden, error lights start going off in our 2008 F550 truck, telling us to "safely STOP the vehicle as soon as possible." We had to get to a dealership fast. Burchett Ford was the closest dealer. I can not say enough about how well we were treated - these guys were truly AWESOME, especially the service manager, Ray Porter. They literally sent someone out to get the part we needed before lunch so we wouldn't have to wait for it to be delivered after lunch. They gave us doughnuts, offered us rides, let us take our dog into the waiting room and got our repair done in superhuman speed. Thanks to Burchett Ford we are going to make it to Alabama tonight! xxxx!!!!!! Can I say that? I was from out of state xxxx!!!!!! Can I say that? I was from out of state (they thought, but I really was not) and my Expedition broke down. Minor. Shifter knob broke xxxx!!!!!! Can I say that? I was from out of state (they thought, but I really was not) and my Expedition broke down. Minor. Shifter knob broke off. Oh, they could fix it alright! "just return in an hour and it'll be ready" Yeah it was ready and the bill was $178 for a very small plastic piece (maybe $1.39 but probably $19.97 from the network) that I found out was a 3 minute fix. It is a common part to break is why they just happen to have it in stock. I paid them their $178.00 but I assure you that I will give the truck away before they will ever get to work on it again. More
