My experience with Wyatt Ford of Nashville's Service Department has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Initially, I was told that certain service fees would be applied toward the cost of repairs. I have text message documentation confirming this agreement; however, when it came time to honor that commitment, the dealership denied it. This lack of transparency immediately raised concerns about the integrity of the service process. Communication throughout the repair process was also unacceptable. I received no proactive updates regarding the status of my vehicle and was forced to repeatedly contact the service department myself to obtain information. Additionally, the dealership's service app proved to be unreliable, as it never reflected that my vehicle was ready for pickup—even after I had already retrieved it. To make matters worse, after the initial service was completed, my vehicle developed additional issues that were not present beforehand. My sunroof no longer operated properly, and water began collecting on the front passenger side. When I reported these concerns, I was asked to bring the vehicle back and was assured that I would not be charged. However, after dropping off the vehicle, I was informed the following day that I would be charged two separate diagnostic fees of $250 each. This directly contradicted what I had been told. When I called to discuss the matter and requested to speak with the Service Manager, Sidney never came to the phone. Instead, I was told that she would return my call, which further added to my frustration and reinforced the ongoing communication issues. At no point during this experience did I feel valued as a customer. Instead, I felt misled, overcharged, and ignored. The combination of broken promises, poor communication, lack of accountability, and the emergence of additional vehicle issues has left me with little confidence in the service department's competence and customer care. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. As a result, I have decided to retrieve my vehicle and take my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend Wyatt Ford of Nashville's service department to others based on my experience.

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.

I have never written a review before but my experience at Hunt Ford has changed that. If a ZERO rating were possible that would be how I would have rated my experience of trying to buy a car from this dealership today. After making an appointment and driving almost an hour to the dealership to test drive a 2021 Ford Explorer ST and telling the sales person and his sales manager that my intent was to finance the vehicle through my bank with a $25,000 downpayment there was no problem at that time. I inquired about the $1000 discount Ford was offering but was told it only applies if financed through Ford. I still decided to pay full sticker price for the vehicle. There was a problem with a small scratch on the rear bumper and was told that it would be fixed or replaced. So no problem so far. There was also a problem with my new iPhone 12 not working with the vehicles wireless charger but still not a deal breaker. I told the sales person and sales manager I would like to check out one other dealership and hopefully I would return to purchase the Explorer ST. After I left the dealership I decided to look no further and called to let them no my intention to buy from them. I asked for a purchase offer for my bank and was willing to give them a credit card payment as a good faith deposit and return in the morning to pick up the vehicle. So far so good. Then I got a call back from the sales person and he told me the dealerships owner said they would only sell me the vehicle if I financed through them. Bottom line they were very unprofessional. DO NOT waist your time with this dealership if you expect to be valued as a customer, treated with respect and honesty and you intend to finance through your bank.

My Pontiac sensor indicated the engine needed to be checked. I was told that it would cost about $45 for the initial check. Then I was told it was the transmission and that would cost approximately $2450 but that they could flush it and put in new fluid for about $200 which I agreed to. That didn't fix it so they then told me the car had an oil leak that would be about $650. They could look at it again and possibly do a partial transmission fix for about $800. I asked what the car would then be worth and was told that it would be about $3000 less the cost of fixing it. That would mean I would be paying them more money than the car was worth and have nothing. The sales people started calling to try to get me to trade the car when I had made it clear that I had no intention of buying another Pontiac. I took my car to another establishment for a second opinion and found that it had could be (an was) repaired for $178.12 in one day. Woodford Motors had my car for three days and could only tell me how much it was going to cost. In my estimation the whole thing was a set-up to cheat me and/or get me to buy a new car. The only other possiblility was that the mechanic knows absolutely nothing. In either case, people need to know to not take a car there for repair because they certainly will be 'taken to the cleaners'!!!!
