It was discovered upon the death of my 87 year old father that they had been charged $4100 for these policies and included in the financing...when I went to cancel both policies the Finance Director claimed I was rude to him (wouldn’t you be a little upset if you discovered this had happened to your parents?) and told me I should have someone go with them next time to read the agreement. Won’t be a next time...he’s dead and mom can no longer drive. I expect better from a Ford Dealership. More

My husband & I went to see him today & I saw the USED car Of my dreams! We ask him to cut through the chase & let us know bottom line, what can u take for That car, & can u work out pymts for our budget? Business is business and u can't GIVE away inventory. That one didn't work out. However, it's as if Mike could see my heart & knew it was set on that MKX. They had one more on the lot equal to " my dream car" , only without the full moon roof. He presented it to me, worked out an awesome deal VERY workable for our budget and I came home EVERY BIT as happy! Thanks to Mike, & the team at Bates Ford I came home with "my dream car" . I had done my research, knew the value of my trade in, and a fair price that would give me a great deal and still allow the dealership to turn a profit. Had received truly insulting offers on my trade in, on the interest rates they tried to stick me with and the price of the mustang. Saw the internet price on a 4 cylinder with ecoboost, figured it was too good to be true but checked it out anyway. I'm so glad I did. Mike stayed an hour and a half after closing to give me a very fair price on my trade in, an unbelievable deal on my new mustang. Got a great interest rate as well. Could not be happier, only regret is that I walked in with a rude attitude, expecting the same treatment as I had from other dealers and poor Mike had to deal with me until I softened up :) Thanks Mike!
