I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue in on Thursday, needed a fuel pump, did not have one in stock, brought it back on Monday. My complaint is not with the service but the agent, my appointment was at 9, I arrived pump, did not have one in stock, brought it back on Monday. My complaint is not with the service but the agent, my appointment was at 9, I arrived at 8:30, gave him my keys and didn’t hear from him again till about 12:45 when my car was fixed. He didn’t tell him how long it would take, took approximately 4 hours, had I known that I would have asked for a loaner vehicle. Also I would think a fuel pump wouldn’t go out after 18,000 miles. Besides waiting for over 8 hours. I was the last customer out the door with my vehicle. Regardless the bank that was used knew my payday amd the messed up some. I got a little bit shafted. I lived 100 miles from the dealership and they drove the car all the way to my house and then drove the car I was trading in all the way back. There were no hidden fees or anything the whole time.
