Vermont is the best salesperson there! I've purchased 3 vehicles from him and he's wonderful to work with! However, the finance manager Eric, gives this dealership a bad name. I went to look at refinancing options and never once was I told what my new APR would be. When he came over to try and convince me that my car balance going up was a good thing, he spoke down to me, as if I was a child. I have 4 years of car sales experience and he made me feel incompetent. When I said I needed time to think about the decision, he got defensive, mumbled under his breath, and walked away. He needs to learn how to treat customers; not make them feel guilty for making a decision that doesn't jive with his point of view. More

If I could give a 0 I would. They sold me a 2022 Kia Rio. A tree limb fell on it and cracked the windshield. My car has been in a body shop for over 8 weeks waiting on a windshie They sold me a 2022 Kia Rio. A tree limb fell on it and cracked the windshield. My car has been in a body shop for over 8 weeks waiting on a windshield which there is none available in the United States. They can not give a time frame for when one can be shipped and everyone refuses to look into it to see why it has not been shipped yet. The dealership could not help,kia corporate will not help. Kia refused to reimburse me for my car payment when waiting for a windshield and 6hey will also only reimburse $35 a day for a rental paid after my car would be fixed. They will sell you cars knowing that parts to fix them will not be available for months! And then will will refuse to help you in any way while you are waiting for parts that should be available. More

Just wow! So friendly, treated me like I was important and they cared. Everyone was friendly, from the lady on the phone, and the service rep., to a sales rep that chatted me up while I waited.
