The technician told me the problem I was describing sounded to be linked to the recall on my car. When I arrived, I had a $226.00 bill for a diagnostic charge, that I was not informed of. I never knew that Kia charges their customers for diagnostics on recalls. I will not bring my vehicle back to Battleground Kia or recommend that anyone I know come there to buy a car or for service. Everything went smoothly when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Employees were nice and the job was completed quickly.
