I talked to Steve Oliver (GM) last night and told him the issues and he assured me that he would get it resolved. He called me back today and told me that he had discussed this matter with Matt and Andy and did confirm that neither had done anthing about my problems but as of this afternoon (Wednesday) all of the issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. He also confirmed that he would consider actions with both of them. Thank you Steve for being on this as soon as we talked.
