I recently had my 2010 VW Touareg in for a complicated emissions control system repair. Service Drive Manager Duane Singleton kept me advised on the progress and answered all of my questions. When a wrong replacement part was inadvertently ordered causing me to have to come in twice get the repair done, Baxter VW Service owned up to the error and completed the repair at no charge to me. Knowing that I was planning on a road-trip for the Holidays, Duane even followed up with phone calls over the next couple of days to make sure everything was working properly while I was travelling. I own several VWs and get all of them serviced at Baxter VW Omaha because of their high level of integrity. professionalism and friendliness. It is always a pleasure to do business with them. More
