despicable, dishonest and unprofessional service! They despicable, dishonest and unprofessional service! They did not return my car to previous dealer and now i have to pay one month over draft. I purchased the car on May 27, one week prior the end of my previuis lease on Acura. However Ford never returned my car and now I have to pay for two leases! I tried to help US economy and here I am! Fooled by my own folks! Do not ever purchase FORD! More

Outstanding salesmanship and I actually got an excellent deal! I went to plaza automall and those goons tried to rip me off, this dealer is the most honest in Brooklyn by far. Don't even think about stopping in, just keep moving on and steer clear of Bay Ridge Ford!! There are far too many Ford Dealers in the NYC Metro area, who are willing to work w/ you towards mutually agreea and steer clear of Bay Ridge Ford!! There are far too many Ford Dealers in the NYC Metro area, who are willing to work w/ you towards mutually agreeable terms. In my case, I sought out Bay Ridge Ford because Ford's website indicated they had several vehicles w/ the options I desired in the colors I preferred. In addition, similar or comparable vehicle were unavailable at either of my preferred Ford Dealerships - Staten Island (Dana FLM) and New Jersey (Loman xxBell F). I called BRF prior to making an in-person visit to confirm inventory as well as assess whether they would be willing to match or come close to the price/deal on-the-table/being offered through several other dealers with limited or no inventory in respect to the color/options combinations I desired. In short, I was extremely through in my explanation on what I hoped to accomplish as well as confirmed that everyone was CLEAR on what had been offered through Dana FLM and Loman Ford, so as to not waste anyone's time. With that being said, I left for the Dealership feeling extremely optimistic, thinking more likely than not, I would be coming home w/ a new vehicle - no such luck. As soon as I entered the dealership everyone I dealt w/ suffered from selective hearing syndrome as anything and everything discussed and agreed upon over the phone went out the door and the sleaze kicked-in. Bay Ridge Ford should change their name to “Do-we-cheat-em’ & how?” More
