We had a bit of a misunderstanding at first but the GSM called me about it and we were able to resolve it quickly and come to terms on a deal. I did my credit app on their website and when I got to the dealership I was in and out in about 30 minutes. All paper work was ready to go and no upsells during the financing. Overall a very good and easy transaction. I had a question about something the next day and the sales rep wrote me back right away and gave me the answer with a video so even I could figure it out... The point is they were responsive even after the purshase was completed.

Sal makes the lease renewal process seamless. He knows what I am looking for and takes it into consideration before proposing several options. I made an appt for service (having trouble with defrost and A/C. arrived 20 minutes early for the service appt, (7:15 am), left my car and went home. Called service dept at 4:40 pm, was asked if I could leave the car because they didn't have time to get to it because they had 4 call outs that day. (No one thought to call me at all during the day to inform me or ask if I could leave the car, and they didnt call me to tell me the car WASN'T ready). Side note: after I left my car with Carlos, as I was leaving the dealership I saw my car parked in the back lot where I imagine it sat ALL DAY!

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. - mrodm275

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. After 3 years and 48,000 Miles, my hard top started having micro cracks appear throughout the hard top. Keep in mind I have never once removed the hardtop and never had any accidents - I just had it parked in my driveway and over time it cracked under normal use. I brought the issue up with Ford and they advised that surpassed the 3 year and 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I had to call Ford Customer Service, to which they opened a case number. Ultimately Ford customer service's best fix was to replace the worst portion of the hardtop at a 60/40 split - to which it still had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. This is not right at all - Ford should have covered the full replacement of all 3 pieces of the hard top - not just split the cost of one of the pieces. Please keep this in mind when buying the hard top broncos - Buyers Beware

Sales Man Danny Cho answer all.my question thru via text and email , sent me everything I needed to come in to view and test drive the car. We agreed on a purchase price that I was happy with. He collected all information I needed so when I came in it was a quick pick up after all documents has been signed. I will refer Danny to family and friends. Thank you Again Danny cho.

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. We are a very satisfied Ford family and appreciate how easy it is to do business with this dealership. Everyone there is courteous, professional and really care about their clients.

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted

He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
