Fantastic experience here at BR Subaru, especially in comparison to the two other subaru dealerships I saw before them. The sales team is extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at any time to make a purchase, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly if you decide to buy/lease - I had a factory issue with my new car that was taken care of immediately by the dealership. I telephoned first and asked multiple questions, all of which Andre answered very clearly and explicitly without attempting to talk me into anything. I then came out to drive the car to be certain there we which Andre answered very clearly and explicitly without attempting to talk me into anything. I then came out to drive the car to be certain there were no issues with new technology that I do not like. On the day of the purchase, Andre as well as the gentleman who showed me through all the details of the car and the warrantee/sign out person were professional and perfect. I am not surprised as I bought my last subaru there and brought it in for servicing regularly for 13 years More
