Competent enough, but not inclined to do much more than the bare minimum. Have repeatedly declined to look into the causes of a chronically dying battery. Between problems with the car itself (2017 Outback) and my experience at Bay Ridge Subaru, I'm looking into getting a Volkswagen. More
