I Sent my car in for a factory recall. Was told my fluids had all been topped off, but I checked under my hood and saw that the coolant was nearly empty (this was the second time this had happened ) and my w had all been topped off, but I checked under my hood and saw that the coolant was nearly empty (this was the second time this had happened ) and my window washing fluid which I filled to the Max before bringing my car in was also empty, tire pressure light also activated (even though I had also filled my tires up too) customer service is great, it’s fantastic they’re very friendly and accommodating, it’s the actual servicing and mechanics that needs improvement.
