The team at Bay Ridge Subaru is always courtesies and accommodating. I appreciate the Oil change only option as I know I can get in and out quickly. As two people who hadn't owned a car in over ten years, we had a LOT of questions and some pretty specific criteria in mind for what we wanted in a car. Gerald was patient, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed to help us in our decision-making process (which was fairly quick - we knew we wanted our Crosstrek less than 24 hours later!) And post-purchase, he has still made himself available to answer our "Subaru newbie" questions and ensure we are 100% happy with our purchase (which we are - this car is an absolute dream to drive).
