Excellent customer service at Bay Ridge Subaru Brought my Forrester in for its first service and it was a great experience. Staff is courteous and professional. Facility is clean and new. Everything is organized and very customer friendly. They have valet service when bringing in the car. They even dropped me off at work! You should all be so lucky You never know if they are blowing smoke up your behind when they say, "Included with this purchase are free oil changes for life". Will you call and they won't have space for a week? Will it take 3 hours? I called, made an appointment for 2 days later, looked at the online reservation, it said "I had a ride". We hadn't talked about that, but I changed it to, "I will wait". The next "I will wait" appointment was an hour later. I took it. I arrived. They were all funny. Alvero sp? took care of me. I went into the waiting room with my portable office. I hadn't even got it set up and they came out and said I was done. No charge. What? Yup. My only minor suggestion at all would be a few more tables in the waiting room and at least one that isn't right in front of the TV. People were sitting at the tables, which are good for work, watching TV, which is just as easily done from the comfy chairs you have. So yes. Kind of crazy awesome experience. More
