Service Review This was our first service with Bay Ridge Subaru. Our service representative Marc D'Ottavio was friendly and explained quickly what was to be done wit This was our first service with Bay Ridge Subaru. Our service representative Marc D'Ottavio was friendly and explained quickly what was to be done with the car. He asked if we had any questions and gave us an estimated time for completion of the service, approximately 2 hrs. The car was completed in little over an hour so our wait time was not bad. He explained what the found and what the condition of the car was for various components of the service. As the car is new, there was not too much wear and tear, so we will have to see hour things develop over time. Definitely would recommend Bay Ridge Subaru for car servicing. More
