Good Customer Service I brought my car in for the fifth time because my check engine light was on. I was assigned to the service manager Andrew because of the number of ti I brought my car in for the fifth time because my check engine light was on. I was assigned to the service manager Andrew because of the number of times I brought my car in for this problem. He explained why the solution to the problem was elusive and said that the car would be assigned to a more senior mechanic. I gave permission for the car to be driven for the time I left it there in order to see if the problem would reappear. I picked up the problem was resolved and I'm happy to say that I no longer have the check engine problem. I wasn't charged for any labor or for the replaced party. Great customer service. More
