Appointment was a bad idea. I had an appointment for oil change and inspection and ended up waiting 2 hours. 3 people who came after me for express services got serviced and left I had an appointment for oil change and inspection and ended up waiting 2 hours. 3 people who came after me for express services got serviced and left before me. In the past I would not make an appointment and just come in and had a quicker outcome. Appointments are a waste of time. More

I called Stephanie at Subaru, sympathetic and realizing a tow might take a while she set up a reasonable time for me to bring my car in--on that very morning. When I came in, about an hour later you were expecting me. The waiting room was comfortable-- except for the door that refused to close when opened---chairs in good condition, bathrooms spotless. I waited about an hour and a half, not too bad and the job was done---battery replaced, no problems. More
