When my car was ready for me, Michael carefully reviewed with me all the work that had been done, and I saw that all my concerns had been addressed. The mechanic had noted, on the multi-point inspection form, 2 items that need attention in the near future. (I love that a multi-point inspection is done at each service appointment!)
