Great Place I actually do not mind bringing my car in for service. Strange huh? Prior to coming to Bay Ridge Subaru, I dreaded dealership service departments. Thi I actually do not mind bringing my car in for service. Strange huh? Prior to coming to Bay Ridge Subaru, I dreaded dealership service departments. This is actually civilized, can it be real? Michael (the service rep that day) is great- very helpful and knowledgeable. There was one issue though- there was a white colored substance that was smeared on the black trim of the car in a couple of places. I have no idea what it was. If I would've noticed it before I left, I would've had them clean it off (I'm sure they would've). I was able to remove the spots, with a magic eraser and some elbow grease, so not a big deal- this happens. Bottom line, I hope they keep up the good work. Don't become like the rest. More
