Manager Michael is also willing to work with customers in order to have them leave happy. No pressure, no bully tactics. This is my 3rd car I've purchased and every time when I say I am going to switch brands, I never do because they make car buying so easy and stress free that it outweighs the benefits of switching car brands and/or dealerships.
