The waiting space was good, with magazines and water. Marc, who was overseeing the service are, was very nice to me in expediting the service, which could have taken 2.5 hours but was done in 30 min. (I should have asked for an estimate of service time when I made the appointment.) I would not hesitate to go back for repairs or service. Thank you. More
