From beginn I was searching for quite a while, and my decision, based on style, safety and performance was to purchase the Subaru Forester 2019 Sport. From beginning to the final purchase, I could not be happier with the service I recieved. My dealer, Cornelius Middleton was such a sweet, knowledgeable, person to deal with! He made us feel comfortable, answering all our questions and concerns. I ended up buying the white one, and when it came in I was thrilled, it was gorgeous! They were honest Was in the market for a Subaru Ascent. Went in my home town (Allentown) to buy this car and the dealer I went to tried to rip me off with the ridiculo Was in the market for a Subaru Ascent. Went in my home town (Allentown) to buy this car and the dealer I went to tried to rip me off with the ridiculous numbers they were telling me. Then they tried to charge me $300 to get the car I wanted. It just didn't sit right with me. Called Bay Ridge spoke with Joe and over the phone made me feel real comfortable with the prices I wanted to hear. Went in and spoke numbers and he was very honest. Put down less money then my home town dealer wanted and got the monthly payments right on point to what I wanted to pay. No pressure to buy the most expansive of nothing only what YOU want to buy and spend. I would recommend this dealership if your looking for a Subaru. Them cars was flying out of there so that should tell anyone that's the place to go. More

Problem with driver window was not resolved I have been having a problem with a driver window which goes up and down to half way. The problem was presenting to Mr. Mark D’Ottavio on 06/26/2019. I have been having a problem with a driver window which goes up and down to half way. The problem was presenting to Mr. Mark D’Ottavio on 06/26/2019. He suggested to schedule an appointment for service which was scheduled on 07/03/2019. I visited dealership service center on 07/03/2019 to resolve the problem with driver window. It is my third visit with the same complains. The same problem occurs again on 07/05/2019. Service center failed to diagnose and resolve reoccurring problem. Problem has not been resolved. I have a video to proof existence of the problem. More
