Granted they're more expensive than an outside mechanic, but I haven't experienced the BS and general dishonesty that I've noticed with previous dealers [Most notably Bay Ridge Honda which, IMO, is terrible]. 90 Minute Recall Bay Ridge Subaru Service Dept is very well run, I had to take time on my off day to address the Recall and the Service Rep initially said 2 1/2 hours. Bay Ridge Subaru Service Dept is very well run, I had to take time on my off day to address the Recall and the Service Rep initially said 2 1/2 hours. Ninety minutes later my car was ready. It is inconvenient to have to go, but they make it comfortable and expedite quickly. More
