Poor communication Our car was with you for several weeks after an accident. I kept being misinformed about when it would be ready and only got updates when I reached ou Our car was with you for several weeks after an accident. I kept being misinformed about when it would be ready and only got updates when I reached out multiple times. Then when we finally got the car, the tires were underinflated and we had to stop to put air in the tires 5 min from the lot when the indicator light went off. And on the day our service advisor was off, we were told delays were due to ordering a part the car does not even have. More

I am so happy my Forester has a recall issue! It brought me to this Subaru dealership and now I will go to them when I need any servicing. It was a pleasure from start to finish. They took me an h It brought me to this Subaru dealership and now I will go to them when I need any servicing. It was a pleasure from start to finish. They took me an hour early and kindly asked for any other things I might want them to take care of. They did take care of those things ( inspection and took a nail out of my tire and repaired it) quickly and for a minimal price. More
