One complaint: it took me 20 minutes on the phone (after a lengthy chat session that ended in them saying I had to call) to get Sirius XM radio off of my Forester. I had to convince them that I don't want a free trial of their crude humor and filthy language. I wish Subaru hadn't forced it on me to begin with. More
