Went in fearing the worst, came out relieved A front end wobble was easily fixed - just post winter impacted dirt on the rims! Spares and parts are genuine and labor should be the best. Low Key & Helpful I had a very positive experience at Bay Ridge Subaru. After living in NYC for 30 years, I was buying my first car in order to move to the Midwest. I I had a very positive experience at Bay Ridge Subaru. After living in NYC for 30 years, I was buying my first car in order to move to the Midwest. I met with Patricia and test drove a Forester and an Impreza and, while I liked both cars (both highly recommended by Consumer Reports) I decided on the Forester because of the interior room and great visibility out the back. Patricia was friendly, candid and helpful throughout the process and Craig clearly explained the financing arrangements and got it approved quickly. I liked the small, neighborhood feel of the dealership and the lack of high pressure selling. More
