Very happy with our purchase and Anthony was very nice and helped as much as he could. Was not happy with the way we were treated with our trad- in they offered us $6000. which was $1800 lower than their and helped as much as he could. Was not happy with the way we were treated with our trad- in they offered us $6000. which was $1800 lower than their online appraisal said it would be worth, they then put it on their web site for $12,000. I understand that they need to make a profit but I feel that that is excessive. I also understand these are normal times but we are repeat customers and think we could have been treated a little better. More

The service was excellent! It was quick and minimum time for filling forms on site. I went in for oil change with buyer benefits, they called me about an hour later that my car is ready for pickup. Very good customer service from Ernie. It was a long wait (two hours) for a check-up, but I guess you need to allocate at least half the day for 6-month multipoint checkups. I was happy just to pay lab wait (two hours) for a check-up, but I guess you need to allocate at least half the day for 6-month multipoint checkups. I was happy just to pay labor costs and get a discount on the fix to one of the tires that had a slow leak. More
