Gerald was a great, knowledgeable, low key salesperson who didn't pressure me to buy a fancier vehicle than I needed, which I appreciate. There was a difference in the amount owed when I showed up with the certified check, due to a clerical error when calculating the sales tax, which was slightly annoying but overall it was a good experience. There seems to be some play in the steering, which is a bit disconcerting, so I will contact the service dept. about looking at that now that I've driven it on both city streets and highway. More

Chris was friendly and pretty easy to work with. He was seemed to care and was helpful. The car came in a little earlier than I had planned which was good. He was a fast talker which made me feel rushed and like something shady. Rather than wait for me to ask my question, he started answering but not the question I asked.
