Fast efficient service as usual. Took my car in for an oil change and NYS Inspection. Everyone is always so helpful. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars is because I was called and told that in o oil change and NYS Inspection. Everyone is always so helpful. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars is because I was called and told that in order to pass inspection I needed to replace both my front & back windshield wipers. I thought that was odd, as I replaced my wipers with them just 5 months before and I was told they should last at least a year. When I said this, my tech had said she was going to look into it and get back to me. She called me back 5 mins later saying I was right and they did not need to be replaced. They thought that because the wipers themselves were a little dirty but once they cleaned it it was able to pass. Overall, its a great service place, but if you doubt something they tell you, just make sure to double check and voice your concerns. More
